At Mustard, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home; if your selection isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible home goods. Please ensure items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Mustard boxes and secure them with tape to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
